Subscriptions are used in equicty to create recurring expenses/costs and to place them automatically on the owner's outstanding costs on a regular basis. These can then be invoiced from the owner's open costs. This way you will never forget to invoice the correct agreements about costs with your owners.

Navigate to module billing > tab subscriptions >

  1. Add a Description of the subscription
  2. Add an Owner
  3. Select a start date
  4. select an end date (optional if no end date of the horse's stay is known)
  5. select a period
  6. Add the agreed expenses
