A credit note is an invoice with a reduction or remission of an invoice amount. It concerns an invoice that is based on a previously sent invoice.
In equicty you can create a credit note in various ways.
- Via module Billing > Invoices tab > right second (between both tables) > credit note
- Via module Billing > open costs
- Select the Expenses/Earning that you wish to credit
- Click Save & Credit at the bottom to save your credit note
