Do you need to have one or more products automatically linked when planning a task? This can be done easily with equicty by linking one or more products to an action via Settings > Task management.


This functionality will save you a lot of time when planning tasks who always requires a cost to be billed to your owners/customers.


How does it work?


  1. Go to Settings > Click on Task Management section
  2. Select type of activity (Health, Training, Mare ...)
  3. Click on the green arrow icon > on the right side of the specific action
  4. Select 1 or more products from the list and adjust the desired amount if necessary


As soon as you will schedule a task where a product has been linked behind it, this product will automatically be added to the planned task and will also be available in the open costs overview of the owner/customer.
