Everything in equicty starts with your CRM. All tasks, appointments, invoices, media, competitions, etc. that you add will be linked to a specific horse, owner, employee or contact. There are different ways to create owners in equicty;

  1. Create via horses profile (supplement in owner profile)
  2. Create via owners profile (linking in horse profile)
  3. Create via invoicing



1. Create via horses profile

  1. Go to Profiles > Horses
  2. Click on a specific horse or add a horse
  3. Add an owner via
  4. Fill in the name of the new owner and determine his participation% in the expenses.
  5. Save the horse profile
  6. Then go to Profiles > Owners
  7. The new owner will already be included in the list of owners
  8. Click on the new owner in the list
  9. Complete the contact details of this owner. (Right of the list)
  10. Save the data


2. Create via owners profile 

  1. Go to Profiles > Owners
  2. Add an owner via
  3. Fill in the contact details of this owner
  4. Save the data


Furthermore, you still have the possibility to;

  • add a profile photo of an owner via 'add photo'. A profile photo can also be added via the mobile app. Profiles> Owners> Camera icon > Gallery or Camera


3. Create via invoicing

  1. Go to Billing > Invoices
  2. Add an owner viathe right above the table of owners
  3. Fill in the contact details of this owner
  4. Save the data



In the cases mentioned above, you still have the option to:

  • indicate whether it concerns an export delivery. The export delivery must be indicated if the owner lives outside the European Union. In this case no VAT will be charged on the invoice, VAT Reverse charge.
  • indicate whether it concerns an intra-community delivery. Intra-community delivery must be indicated if the owner is within the European Union (and not from his own country). In this case no VAT will be charged on the invoice, VAT Reverse charge.
